Typical permanent fees around £20k.

Bullhorn CRM.

AI tools built in Replit to summarise calls and create targeted searches.

ChatGPT-based workflows to shortlist effectively from large data sets.

You’ll likely have 2+ years in tech recruitment – software, cloud, DevOps, data or AI/ML.

You’ll have consistent billing behind you. Stability. Evidence you can build relationships, not just spike a quarter.
