They’re looking for one more.

Not a temp recruiter. Not someone who needs hand-holding or “feeds.” Someone seasoned and well-connected in hospitality - maybe you recruit FOH managers, events managers, or head office roles for hotels, restaurants, or event groups. You know what good looks like. You understand what clients need, and you know how to deliver.

You’ll work in parallel, not against one another (although there is a lot of healthy competition here). There’s no pie-slicing here - just shared success.

If you’re currently a number two in a team, stuck beneath someone who takes the best roles while you’re left chasing the scraps - this could be your way out. You’ll have the space, the trust, and the autonomy to build your own patch and bill well without bureaucracy breathing down your neck.

Commission starts at 10%, rises to 15%, and hits 20% beyond £12k. Simple. Transparent. Fair.

They’re based an 8-minute walk from Farringdon. And yes, you’ll need to be in the office - that’s where the chemistry happens. No one’s micromanaging you, but this team thrives off each other’s energy.
