From a one-person band in 2018, they’ve grown into a thriving SEND-focused recruitment agency with a team of 10+ and a reputation for delivering high-impact support staff into schools across the South West.

This isn’t a high-corporate, cookie-cutter sales job - it’s a consultative 360 role with purpose, laughter, autonomy, and an actual gym in the office!

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a full 360 desk: sourcing, placing, and nurturing SEND education professionals into temp (and temp-to-perm) roles.
Developing relationships with schools across the south west of England
Working closely with resourcers, compliance (there is a dedicated team doing this), and their internal training team to provide value beyond just a placement.
Booking school visits, going to job fairs, and representing the company with energy and empathy.
Building up your own base of “booked days” - with full support and zero compliance admin!

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Recruitment or education experience - ideal if you’ve worked in or with schools, or supported pupils with special educational needs.
Driving license (there is a pool car and lots of face-to-face meeting opportunities).
Someone calm under pressure, proactive, people-focused and confident with outreach.
A willingness to learn, muck in, and share a laugh or two along the way.
