Senior Recruitment Consultant | Digital Sector | Swindon | Up to £40k base

We are working with a dynamic talent solutions partner that excels in connecting top-tier digital professionals - spanning UX, UI, product design, user research, and software engineering, with leading organisations across the UK, Europe, and the US.

They nurture genuine relationships and a human-centric methodology, and seamlessly integrate into their clients’ teams, delivering not just talent but strategic value.

You will receive expert training by people who have got exceptional billing numbers (we are talking consistent 500k a year billers) who happily give their time and impart their knowledge to drive your career forward.

They work in both contract and perm markets and work a 180 model, so they are looking for people who love the BD side of recruitment and/or are great 360 consultants.

Ideally you will have a couple of year’s experience in the recruitment sector, working on a contract desk. It's not the end of the world if you haven't worked in digital world - these guys are exceptional at training you on the subject matter.

From a financial perspective your base salary will be reflective of your experience and billings, but realistically you will be on between £25,000 – £40,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too which you can start earning from day one.
