The Business
This is a specialist technology recruitment firm operating across areas like AI, cyber security and the wider technology market.
There are around a dozen consultants in the team. Small enough that everyone knows each other. Established enough that the brand carries real weight with clients.
The business has invested heavily in marketing, digital content and inbound lead generation, meaning consultants aren’t expected to build everything from cold outreach alone. There’s genuine demand coming into the business.
Think boutique agility with big-agency reach. Very much a coveted combo.
The Role
This opportunity is for an experienced recruiter who already understands their market.
Someone with relationships they can pick up the phone to on day one. Someone comfortable developing accounts, managing processes and running their own desk like a business.
The focus is largely permanent recruitment, though contract specialists are also welcome.
You’ll have autonomy, support from marketing, a strong tech stack, and a team of people who all understand what good recruitment looks like.
In short: less noise, more billing.
What’s On Offer
Flat 20% commission on all billings, with no threshold
Salary depending on your experience, but ball parks are £35,000 - £70,000
4pm finish every day for the 3 office days per week
Hybrid working with a collaborative Birmingham office
Full tech stack including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and major job boards
Dedicated marketing team generating inbound leads and supporting personal branding
Annual incentive trips

You’ll probably be:
An experienced recruiter with a consistent billing track record
Someone with established relationships in a defined market
Comfortable building and developing client partnerships
Self-sufficient and commercially minded
