Most recruitment firms talk about earning potential. This one talks about something slightly different: long-term wealth.

They are a publicly listed recruitment group whose shares are traded on the AQSE in the UK and OTC in the US. High-performing recruiters are allocated personal shares when they join, priced at the company’s share value on their start date.

The commission structure is built for experienced billers. Consultants earn 5% on all billings, plus up to 50% quarterly commission depending on performance bands. For recruiters who consistently deliver, the model is simple: bill well and the financial upside is significant.

This opportunity is aimed at experienced 360 recruiters who still enjoy billing. Typically, you’ll have produced £200k+ annually over the last few years, ideally closer to £250k–£300k+, and you’ll be comfortable winning business, filling roles and managing client relationships from start to finish. You might currently be a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Manager or Head of Desk, but you still want to remain hands-on in the market.

Sector background is flexible. The team operates across areas such as construction, engineering, logistics, medical devices, life sciences, professional services, legal, mining and FMCG. What matters more is geographical reach, as around 70% of current revenue is international. There is particular appetite to grow desks focused on the US and DACH markets, with work delivered through a mixture of contingent and increasingly retained assignments.

You would be joining a small, experienced billing team of around six senior consultants and divisional leaders. The environment is deliberately high-performance rather than high-volume, and as the business grows there will be opportunities for successful consultants to build and lead teams. Dedicated research and market mapping support is also in place to help develop new markets.

The business is headquartered in Leeds city centre. Most consultants work primarily from the office, with two days working from home typically available. Fully remote arrangements can be considered for exceptional billers with a strong track record, and the team regularly operates across US and European markets while working largely within UK hours.
