Delivery Consultant - Pharma
DELIVERY CONSULTANT | PHARMA | HYBRID | £28,000 - £35,000 - 25% COMMS
Recruitment Delivery Consultant
Berkhamsted | Hybrid working (3 days a week) | £28,000–£35,000 + commission up to 25%
This is an opportunity to join a specialist pharmaceutical recruitment business where the delivery consultants are allowed to focus on what they’re actually good at - finding great candidates, building relationships and filling jobs.
The roles you’ll work are predominantly retained or exclusive, so you won’t be firing CVs into the same vacancy as five other agencies. The business cares much more about quality than pointless activity targets, and consultants only manage a small number of active searches at a time.
What will you be doing?
Sourcing and approaching specialist candidates internationally
Building proper, long-term candidate relationships
Qualifying candidates and understanding what they actually want
Producing carefully selected shortlists
Preparing candidates for interviews
Managing people throughout the recruitment process
Working closely with an experienced client services team
Who would suit it?
You could already work in recruitment, delivery or account management. Pharma experience would be useful, but it certainly isn’t essential - the market can be taught.
What matters more is that you’re confident, organised, curious and able to have sensible conversations with experienced professionals.
What’s on offer?
£28,000–£35,000 basic salary
Commission of up to 25%
No commission threshold
75% fee credit on the roles you deliver
Three office days and two days from home
Retained and exclusive vacancies
LinkedIn Recruiter and a strong recruitment tech stack
Training, mentoring and ongoing development
The opportunity to qualify for unlimited holiday
A potential pathway into a planned employee share scheme
An office five minutes from Berkhamsted station, with parking available
This would be a great move for someone who still enjoys recruitment but has had enough of relentless cold calling, unrealistic KPIs and the usual “Wolf of Wall Street” nonsense.
