We’re looking for a delivery consultant who loves making things happen.

What we’re looking for:

Someone self-propelling – no need for micromanagement
A delivery consultant who operates with pace, who understands the need for efficiency in the recruitment process and knows how to qualify technical candidates quickly.
Someone that is happy being on the phone for most of the day - not someone who is an inmail animal.
If you speak French or German as well, that would be a massive bonus.

The Particulars:

4 days a week in the West Birmingham office
Base of £28k - £30k - with an OTE of above £45k
Surround yourself with people who are succeeding – this is the best-performing year since the company started
Elite tech stack - these guys use the best CRM on the market at the moment, leveraging AI in the right way!

You won’t be boxed in. You won’t be passed scraps. And you certainly won’t be told to “just hit the phones and see what sticks.” You’ll be given the space and support to do it properly – consultative, efficiently, and profitably. There are projects kicking off in the next few weeks, so they're keen to get someone in as soon as possible.
