You’ve built a desk. Now build the room it sits in.

This is the first senior London hire. You’ll help choose the office, shape the hiring plan, build the local strategy and turn London into the biggest future office in the business.

Currently HQ'd in Leeds, with 15 heads an an incredible reputation, you'll be pivotal in the next chapter of this businesses great story.

You’ll need to be a proper 360 tech biller. Consistently £250k–£300k+ personally, with a clear niche and a reputation people recognise.

Data. SAP. Architecture. Change. Transformation. Engineering. Whatever your market is, you’re known in it.

There’s already a serious platform behind you: an £11m recruitment business built in around four years, strong contract and consulting revenue, embedded RPO projects with major brands, and existing CIO, data and engineering events in London attracting 50+ senior leaders.

So you’re not starting from nothing.

You’ll have brand equity, client proof, delivery support, marketing support and senior people around you.

But the decisions that matter?

They’ll be yours.

Which market do you attack first? Who do you hire? What does the office become known for? How does the London P&L grow?

Strong commission, plus a transparent annual cash bonus linked directly to London profit. Not vague equity chat. A clear link between what you build and what you earn.

You’ll still bill, especially at first. But the end goal is to build a serious London team. Potentially 40–50 people over time.

The norm will be 2–3 days a week in London, not 4–5 days of performative desk-sitting. You’ll manage your diary around clients, candidates, events and team needs.
