You’ll build a finance practice your way.

From day one, you’ll run your own P&L with real equity tied to performance. Not vague promises. A clear structure where your stake grows as you build.

The package is strong - up to £65k base with a commission scheme that dwarves most in the market - but that’s not the reason you’d move.

It’s the leverage.

As you grow a team around you, your earnings stop being limited to your own billings. You’re building something that pays you properly, not just now, but long term.

You’ll need to be comfortable opening new logos and have a track record that shows you’ve built rather than inherited. But, you will have the opportunity to be introduced to a huge amount of existing clients who have existing opportunities to leverage.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll build and lead a finance recruitment practice.

You’ll define the market, win clients, open accounts, build candidate networks, and shape the desk around the area you know best.

You’ll run your own P&L, make commercial decisions, and eventually hire around you.

What you’ll need:

Experience recruiting into the finance market.

A track record of opening new accounts and building revenue yourself.

Strong personal billings.

The ambition to build a team, not just run a desk.
