Senior Client Partner - L&D
SENIOR CLIENT PARTNER - REMOTE (OXFORD 1 DAY) - £50,000 - £70,000
You know good sales isn’t smashing a phone for 10 hours a day or obsessing over pointless activity metrics.
It’s understanding people well enough that they never feel sold to - yet still trust you with deals worth £50k, £500k, sometimes over £1m.
This is a consultative, value-led sales role with long sales cycles and major corporate clients. The kind of role where credibility, commercial intelligence and patience matter far more than pressure tactics.
You’d be joining a specialist learning and leadership consultancy near Oxford that builds immersive business simulations for global organisations. Instead of forgettable training and “death by PowerPoint”, they create realistic business environments where teams make decisions, manage crises, compete, collaborate and learn how commercial businesses actually work.
Their clients include some of the world’s biggest brands, and the work is genuinely interesting. One project might help senior leaders understand profitability and pricing. Another could focus on organisational change, stakeholder management or leadership under pressure.
You’ll spend most of your time working from home, focusing properly, building relationships and growing large accounts. The office is just outside Oxford and most of the team meet there once a week - partly for work, partly because everyone actually likes each other. As long as you can realistically do that journey weekly, you can live pretty much anywhere in the UK.
What you’ll need:
• Experience selling consultatively into larger organisations
• Comfort with longer sales cycles - typically around 6 months
• A thoughtful, commercially intelligent approach to sales
• Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
What you’ll get:
• £50,000 - £70,000 basic salary
• Bonus structure designed to push earnings into six figures in year one
• Remote-first flexibility with very limited office time (Oxford)
• Interesting, genuinely different work with major brands
If you’d like to learn more, apply now. No need for a perfectly polished CV - a LinkedIn profile is absolutely fine for an initial conversation.
