The Opportunity:
We’re working with a high-performing, finance recruitment business looking for a Talent Partner/Recruitment/Principal/Lead Consultant (call it what you want).
You’ll join a team of 11 ambitious recruiters (including two senior billers doing £300k+), all working across transactional, commercial, and senior finance. They’ve built a structure, tech stack, and culture that actually lets recruiters focus on what they do best: building relationships and making placements.
Oh - and they have plans to be the biggest finance recruiter in the North within the next 18 months.
There’s no spoon-feeding, but also no isolation.
Initially, you’ll buddy up on everything, cross-sell across brands, and be part of a grown-up sales culture where cold calling for the sake of it is not a thing.
💬 What You’ll Be Doing:
Running your own desk (360) within the finance space - part-qualified, commercial or leadership finance depending on your expertise.
Hitting one KPI: 8 quality meetings a week.
Collaborating on exclusive projects with defined timelines, salary insights, and agreed client expectations.
Adding genuine value to both clients and candidates - no CV flinging, no box-ticking, no ghosting - just earning the title of consultant.
📊 What You’ll Get:
£40k–£60k base (DOE)
Up to 30% commission
Full use of Atlas (including automatic meeting transcription and follow-up tracking)
A strong name in the Northern finance market — with ambitions to become the largest in the region by 2026
🤝 Who You Are:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance recruitment (360 essential - we're not looking for TA/internal - you must be able to sell)
Proven track record of £120k+ billing
Hungry, consistent, and able to feed yourself - no ego, no excuses
Enjoys the graft, the process, and the bigger picture
