You’ve seen the stats. You’ve lived the KPIs. You know what £200k+ looks like on a perm desk - and you’ve made it happen.

But here’s the question: Have you ever worked somewhere that didn’t make you feel like you had to be a dick to succeed?

They’re growing a recruitment business in the built environment sector - sustainably, and unapologetically with integrity. They don’t believe in hiring ‘anyone with a phone and a LinkedIn license’. They believe in hiring grown-ups. Real recruiters. People who know their markets, look after their clients, and treat candidates like actual human beings.

We’re looking for experienced recruiters who:

Bill. Ideally, you’re already doing £150k+ and want to plug into a brand that’ll help you scale that even further.
Know construction consultancy or built environment recruitment inside out. We’re especially keen on desks covering Building Surveying, Architecture, Fire Engineering, Data Centres (construction-side), or international markets - but we’re open to any niche you know inside out.
Might be working solo but want to be part of something bigger. Something ethical, profitable, and just… decent.
Aren’t arseholes. Non-negotiable.

The head office is in Leeds (not city centre, and we’re open to WFH, hybrid, or even opening a new space if the right person’s in the right place. Most of the team are in the office 5 days a week - not because they're made to, but because they want to be. There’s energy there. Support. Momentum.

This is what we offer:

£40k base for senior consultants
You keep around a third of what you bill (structured comms from 20% up to 35%) with a threshold.
Plus discretionary bonuses, and the backing of a brand that gets you in the door
No micromanagement. KPIs are there, but they’re not weaponised.
An internal resourcing team to support delivery - and tech like SourceWhale, LinkedIn recruiter and automation tools to make your life easier
A model designed to help good recruiters become £200k–£300k+ billers without losing their soul

The founder’s still the top biller in the business. That should tell you something about how they work. They're not there to sit in glass offices and bark instructions - they’re still very much on the tools, and want more people who are too.
