My client, based in Cheltenham, specialise in tech and cyber security recruitment.

They’re open to speaking with experienced 360 recruitment consultants, as well as Delivery Consultants who are keen to move into a 360 role in the future but haven’t had the chance in their current position.

You don’t need years of experience either. Even if you’ve only been in recruitment for six months, this could still be a great fit, as my client are committed to investing in training and development.

You’ll also have the freedom to run your own desk as if it were your own business - perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy and thrives on filling those harder-to-place roles too.

Financially, there’s strong earning potential - the commission scheme goes up to 20%, and salaries are negotiable depending on your experience.

You’ll need to be within a commutable distance of Cheltenham, as the role is office-based four days a week, with one day working from home.
