This isn’t the kind of commission structure where you scrape pennies on the pound. If you’re already billing £150k, the plan is to back you, push you, and turn you into a £200k+ biller and your commission will feel properly rewarding.

What you’ll be doing:
Building and nurturing relationships in the automation controls and robotics space (PLC/robot programmers, line builders, hardware, EPLAN, system integrators).
Leveraging your network to grow a desk with strong client backing and freedom to run it your way - they despise micro-management.
Delivering for clients who expect expertise, speed, and a professional approach.
What’s on offer:
Basic salary £30,000–£45,000, with uncapped commission up to 40% (one of the best schemes in the industry).

What we’re looking for:
3+ years solid recruitment experience (no job-hoppers).
Proven billing track record (£150k+ per year).
Someone who values personal brand and long-term client relationships.
Driven, professional, and able to thrive in an environment that offers both freedom and high expectations.
