I’m working with a long-standing Education recruitment business based in Cheltenham who are looking to add 2 more Recruitment Consultants to their team.

They’ve got exciting growth plans for 2025, and need consultants with a strong temp or compliance-heavy background to help drive this forward.

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill Education agency. They’ve built a model where they train and prepare candidates (working with training providers and making short-term volunteer placements) before placing them into schools. It’s given them an incredibly strong candidate base and a cost-saving solution that schools love. So its fair to say that they think outside the box here.

You’ll be placing into Primary education, Nursery’s and TA positions here, which is their speciality and what they’re known for in the region.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a salary of between £25k - £32k, depending on your experience. A comms scheme up to 15% (uncapped) and hybrid working too. You’ll need to be within a commutable distance of Cheltenham for this one of course.

They’re open to people from different recruitment backgrounds, with sectors like Industrial and Healthcare Recruiters transitioning very well to the sector in the past.
