Business Development Manager | £50,000 – £70,000 + Bonus | Built Environment & Engineering | Global reach
Looking to break out of the smalltime BD box you're micro managing arse of a boss has put you in?
This is your chance to join a specialist recruitment consultancy that’s not chasing volume - but building deep, long-term partnerships in some of the most technical and globally in-demand sectors out there: Technical, Data-Centre (US), and the built environment.
We’re talking data centres, critical infrastructure, and complex technical projects - across the UK, EMEA, APAC and beyond.
The Role
This is not your typical spray-and-pray BD job. You’ll be working alongside a knowledgeable delivery team with a rock-solid reputation, helping them:
Identify and open new clients across high-growth technical sectors
Build meaningful, consultative relationships (no aggressive KPIs here)
Map target accounts in the UK and internationally
Pitch retained, exclusive, and multi-role campaigns
Help shape strategic sales direction as the business continues its best-performing period to date
You’ll be client-facing, strategic, and backed by people who know how to deliver - consistently.
About You
You’ll likely be:
An experienced BD or client development pro from recruitment and technical sales background
Comfortable working with technical decision-makers
Confident in building longer-term client relationships, not just transactional sales
Excited by the chance to build international accounts across the built environment, MEP, or engineering markets
Someone who enjoys someone else doing the candidate side of a recruitment role!
Why Join?
